Javed Akhtar has purchased a new property in Mumbai’s upscale Juhu neighbourhood for a whopping Rs 7.76 crore. The ready-to-move-in property spans approximately 1199.42 square feet. As per documents reviewed by SquareYards, the transaction, finalised on July 2, included a stamp duty of Rs 46.02 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000.
