HDFC AGM: Corporate Radar: Bajaj Auto, Biocon to turn ex-dividend; MMTC Q4 Earnings, HDFC AGM & More

New Delhi: Several board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Thursday.

Shares of 19 companies – A-1 Acid (Rs 1.5 per share), Bajaj Auto (Rs 140 per share), Bajaj Finance (Rs 20 per share), Bajaj Finserv (Rs 4 per share), Bajaj Holdings (Rs 25 per share) ) share), Biocon (0.5 per share), Escorts Kubota (Rs 7 per share), Gandhi Special Tubes (Rs 10 per share), Larsen & Toubro Infotech (Rs 30 per share),

(Rs 80 per share), (Rs 7.5 per share), (Rs 7 per share), PTL Enterprises (Rs 2 per share), (Rs 2.5 per share), Raymond (Rs 3 per share), (Rs 1 per share) ) ), Swaraj Engine (Rs 80 per share), (Rs 0.5 per share) and (Rs 1.5 per share) – will go ex-dividend today.

These 19 companies had declared the final dividend. Meanwhile, Syngene International (Rs 0.5 per share) had also declared a special dividend.

Ratnamani Metals & Tubes and (IOC) will get ex-bonus in the ratio of 1:2 today. Also, there will be an X-Bonus in the ratio of 3:1.

MMTC, Parag Milk Foods,

and SDC Techmedia are among the companies to announce their quarterly earnings today.

The shares of DU Digital Global and Paisalo Digital will be split today. DU Digital Global had announced a split of the shares from the face value of Rs 10 to the face value of Rs 2, while Paisalo Digital announced a split of the shares from the face value of Rs 10 to the face value of Re 1.

HDFC, PNB, Indian Hotels Company, Laurus Labs, Gangotri Textiles, Polylink Polymers (India), Sky Industries, Sagar Cements, GHCL, Dr Lal Pathlabs, and Deutron Polymers will have Annual General Meetings (AGMs) today. Meanwhile, Facor Alloys will host an EGM.

Hindustan Copper’s board meeting will be held today to consider preferential issue of shares. Also, the REC Board will meet today to consider the issue of bonus.

Thursday is the record date for the dividend.
